Notice is hereby given that the 7th Annual General Body Meeting of the G.S.B. Samaj Pune will be held at 4.00 pm on Monday the 03rd of October 2022 at Shree Krishna Mandir Hall, Nigdi, Pune – 411 044 to transact the following business :

1. To read the notice of the Meeting (7th AGM).
2. To read and confirm the minutes of the 6th AGM held on 20th March, 2022.
3. To place and approve the audited Income & Expenditure Accounts and the Balance Sheet for the year that ended on 31st March 2022.
4. To appoint Auditors for the Accounting Year 2022 – 2023.
5. To discuss and seek suggestions on the Activities of the Samaj.
6. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.

All members are requested to be present well in time.

Note:

1. If there is no quorum at 4:00 p.m. the meeting will be adjourned and the adjourned meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. on the same day and the same place. The members present at that time, shall be deemed to be the quorum for the meeting.
2. In view of the prevailing Covid pandemic situation, all those attending the meeting will have to observe all the guidelines stipulated by the Government/local administration, like wearing of masks and maintaining social distancing.
