Dear Samaj Bandhavas,

It has been our resolve to bring the GSB community in Pune together to observe our unique traditions, customs and rituals. After the recent Ganapathi celebrations we have now organized, one day Navaratra utsav with traditional festivity, The samaj cordially invites one and all to join us in our prayers to Navadurga. The poojas include Durga Saptashati Paarayan, Shri Sukta Havan, Sahasra Kumkumarchan and Pushparchan.

Parents of girls (aged between 2 and 10yrs) willing to be kumarikas on this day, kindly give your confirmation by 28th Sep to Sheetal Kabbe (9970185780) or Poonam Baliga (9823281022). Also note that the girls should be on a fast (no rice, onion, garlic).
Samaj Bandhavas who wish to perform Kumkumarchana are requested to observe UPAS and come in traditional attire (Mundu-saal for Gents and Saari for Ladies).

Program Schedule
8:00 to 9:30 - Prathana followed by Breakfast
9:30 to 10:30 - Pooja
10:30 to 12:30 - Shapthashati Paat followed by Havan
12:30 to 13:00 - Kumarika Pooja
13:30 to 15:00 - Mahaprasad
16:00 to 18:00 - AGM
18:00 - Bhajan
19:00 - Raatri Pooja followed by dinner.
